Job Description
Relevant Project Financial Reports
Ensure timely submission of Monthly Project Financial Reports (P & L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, SGV schedules and variance analysis on various GL accounts
Cleaning up Deferrals, Accruals, Deposits, Share in HO GAE, GRIR
Timely Project Billings and Collections
Ensure timely billing and collections of receivables
Prepares SOA on time
Continued follow-up client for outstanding receivables
Timely and accurate processing of project payables
Ensure proper documentation of payables (PO and Non-PO based)
Project Tax administration and compliance
Ensure all tax requirements as to business permit, vat, withholding tax are fully complied
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
