JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for collecting, summarizing and analyzing data to identify red flags, key trends and possible corrective actions
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Timely and accurate submission of account summary and reconciliation to the manager for review
Prepares bank reconciliation and prepares report for transactions which were not posted timely or accurately by the other sections:
Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecast:
Guides costs analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures, providing trend and forecasts, explaining processes and techniques, recommending actions;
Assists the manager in preparing consolidated budgets or rolling forecast/projections;
Assists the manager in automating data summarization process and other such process which will lessen turnaround time of report processing or generation;
Performs other duties and responsibilities related to the foregoing and as may be assigned from time to time by Operations Comptroller Manager and Head
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
At least 3 years of work experience
Willing to work in Quezon City
