Work closely with Project and Supply Chain Management Team to report on accruals on a project-by-project basis.
Reviewing project budget, manpower plan, travel plan based on Costing Template (Tender Budget) from Business Development. Work with PM in reallocation of budget and assigning budget codes as basis in budget drawdown.
Reviewing project contract and related documents and clarify with Business Development unclear contract terms that may have cost impact on the project.
Keeping track of the project costs by regularly updating of Project Dashboard and Cost Sheet and providing the PM with project financial reports, remaining budget, project cost forecast balances. These are to be discussed on the weekly project financial meeting.
Preparing pre-billing reports for project managers to review, invoicing and support project manager with the receivable collection.
Preparing project cash flow and coordinating with Finance on issues of payment and collections. Assist PM in preparation of proposed vendor payment plan.
Monitor man-hour performance & trends in labor consumption.
Budget verification of Purchase Requisitions and indicating budget codes. Investigate actual vs budget variances and give information to the PM about over and unused item budget.
Screening of vendor invoices by checking billing correctness based on approved Purchase Order and supporting documents (delivery order, approved progress claims etc.).
Verification of project Petty Cash Reimbursement and preparing VAT petty cash summary for VAT reporting.
Support in bond requests as required in the project contract and retrieval of bonds on project closure.
Monitor warranty provision for completed projects.
Compile information related to the project for tender reference, internal and external auditors, as required.
Support intercompany reconciliation and processing activity for multiple legal entities
Assist in general accounting when needed.
Any tasks assigned by Superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of Accountancy or related field.
At least 5 years of working experience.
Experience in Project Accounting and General Accounting.
Knowledge in Philippines and Indonesia Taxation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Philippines CPA Passer is an advantage.
Willing to travel local and oversea.
