Construction Accountants shall understand the unique challenges that a construction business can face and the financial skills that are necessary for the position. Construction Accountantsshall monitor grant-related project income statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and procedures, and reviewing contractor bid tabulations for clerical accuracy. Construction Accountants shall be able to show a bachelor's degree in accounting or construction management, along with relevant coursework in operations related to taxation and construction.
