The project accountant position is accountable for monitoring the progress of projects, investigating variances, approving expenses, and ensuring that project billings are issued to customers and payments collected.
With extensive experience in accounting and the ability to provide Finance and Admin Manager with accurate financial information.
Reporting to the Finance and Admin Manager or other project managers as required.
Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to management
Education: Graduate BS Accountancy (Certified Public Accountant).
Experience: At least 1 year working experience
Competencies:
1.Strong Leadership
2.Strong computer skills, MS excel in particular (using advanced formulas)
3.Solid knowledge of General Accounting and Accounting principles/ standards, laws and regulations.
4.Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
5.Attention to detail and accuracy.
