At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in South Areas/Metro Manila.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Relevant Project Financial Reports
Ensure timely submission of Monthly Project Financial Reports i.e. P & L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, SGV schedules & variance analysis on various GL accounts
Cleaning up Deferrals, Accruals, Deposits, Share in HO GAE, GRIR
Timely Project Billings and Collections
Ensure timely billing and collections of receivables
Prepares SOA on time
Continued follow-up with client for outstanding receivables
Timely and accurate processing of Project Payables
Ensure timely payment of project payables
Ensure proper documentation of payables ( PO and Non-PO based)
Project Tax Administration & compliance
Ensure all tax requirements as to business permit, vat, w/holding tax are fully complied
Other tasks that will be assigned from time to time
Ensure the accomplishment of any tasks that will be given by management
