Job Description
The Project Accountant is responsible for providing a solid foundation of analysis for projects and business practices by managing contracts, ensuring fiscal health of assigned projects, and mentoring and supporting the project management for Singapore and other offices as required within the region.

Brief Summary
Responsible for processing and management of financial transactions, handle project accounting, creating metrics and trend analysis as may be needed to ensure profitability target is met, and revenue recognition is aligned with the company policy and global accounting standards.
Description
In charge of all supplier invoice entries and payments ensuring timely payments to suppliers in accordance with the company policy
Pass entries in local ERP for all AR/AP/Tax/and other GL entries to ensure the financials are correct
Prepare financial reports required for weekly and monthly project reviews
In-charge with bank guarantees for Corporate Treasury processing (preparation of form, submission to bank and file database maintenance)
Coordinate and submit weekly cash forecast
Compute and submit Quarterly GST
Prepare corporate tax submissions for Finance Controller's review
In-charge of Corporate Secretarial related requests for the legal entity
Prepare and submission of management reports to both the various stakeholders, and in Tagetik system as part of the weekly, monthly, yearend, forecast and budget reporting cycles
Fully in charge of Fixed Asset register, ensuring proper supporting documents
Ensure Fixed Assets are properly accounted for.
Organize annual Inventory and Fixed Assets counts for the legal entity.
Requirement
Min 4 - 5 Years of relevant Working Experience
Experience in Project Accounting is a must
Degree in Accounting, finance or related field
ERP Software knowledge is an added advantage
