Monday to Friday 9AM-6PM
Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of Divisional and Project Budgets
Budget Vs Actual tracking, investigating variances, reconciliation etc.
Pricing and Cost Analysis
Project profitability tracking and reporting
Tracking Resource Loading and Project KPIs
Tracking invoicing, accruals, payment milestone and receipts
Expense monitoring
Review timesheets and perform reconciliation where necessary
Maintain and track project-related records, including contracts and change orders
Coordinate with Customer Finance / PMO teams on invoicing and payment related matters
Coordinate with internal Finance, HR and Delivery teams for smooth operations
Compile information for internal and external auditors, management as required
Check tax matters relating to contracts
Adhoc and MIS Reporting
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of work experience within Financial Accounting, Project Accounting, Budgeting or similar role
Solid knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
Able to start work in short notice
