Qualification:
preferably CPA
must be willing to travel and visit construction sites at times
must be willing to take a project based employment (possibility of being regularized depending on the direction and company decision)
previous experience in construction or real estate is an advantage but not required
Office Location: BGC, Taguig
Duties and Responsibilities:
Validate project site for all direct operating expenses for AP Payment processing and overheads arising from PCF liquidation vs approved BOQ budget per signed proposal.
Assist in RF liquidation and replenishment weekly report. Validate receipts and ensure accuracy and reasonableness of charging within BOQ limits prior Project Manager approval.
Assist in collation of project photos and other requirements for monthly progress billing work with QS.
Prepare suppliers transmittal of invoices and RF replenishment to be submitted to Head Office on Weekly basis.
Monitoring of possible variation orders for those not in the approved BOQ budget but necessary and needed at project site for budget approval with client developer.
Inventory monitoring for incoming and approval process prior material issuance to project site use on weekly and monthly basis.
Assist in ensuring EWT for materials suppliers and service providers prior payment of RF and issuance of BIR 2307 and coordination with Head Office accounting for amount withheld.
Work with project managers on projects related issues and suppliers escalation that may effect project completion and timely manner coordination to head office accounting.
Performs other works that are necessary for the project as maybe assigned.
