Project Accountant up to $5500
Accounts Executive (Finance Forecasting up to $4200)
Job Scope:
Project Accountant [Basic up to $5500, Project Accounting Experience needed]
Project Financial Management:
Create and manage project budgets.
Keep track of project expenses.
Prepare financial reports for projects.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Financial Control:
Monitor project costs and revenues.
Analyze project financial performance.
Mitigate financial risks.
Allocate project resources effectively.
Communication and Documentation:
Communicate financial information to teams and stakeholders.
Maintain project financial records.
Assist with project closeout.
Accounts Executive (Finance) - up to $4000
Create regular financial reports, encompassing budgets, projections, variance assessments, and explanatory notes.
Calculate Transfer Prices and True-up Adjustments.
Forecast & analyze on operations' expenditures, and produce monthly reports that contrast actual results with projections/budgets.
Collaborate with both internal and external auditors on all aspects related to audits.
Optimize procedures and contribute to ad-hoc LEAN initiatives.
Job Requirement:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting related studies
Ability to work without much guidance
