My Virtual Mate is a registered Australian company that helps businesses with business process outsourcing. Our mission is to make a positive change in our partners' business, which ultimately helps them gain more profits, and grow their business with truly talented staff.
Our client is a technology company focused on developing solutions for enhanced safety and security using state of the art AI tech. They are now looking for a new team member with the following:
Advanced knowledge in a high-level programming language. We don't demand knowledge of any particular one, but the majority of our code is written in C#, C++ and Python
Solid computer science fundamentals: algorithms and data structures
Ability to write high performant, high quality code
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multi-project role
Strong design and analytical skills
Ability to liaise and communicate with other engineers, developers and product managers
Training and fine tuning custom neural networks
Requirements
A BSc in computer science, computer engineering or relevant fields
High level of proficiency in C#, C++, Python
Front and back-end web development experience
Good to Have:
Computer vision libraries such as OpenCV
Machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow
Training and fine tuning custom neural networks
CCTV and access control systems
Handling and interfacing with IoT devices
AWS - S3, Lambda, DynamoDB etc.
WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)
Work From Home Requirements:
At least 10mbps internet connection
Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
Headset with mic
No background noise during work hours
Must not be currently employed full time
