Responsibilities
Design systems or applications based on client requirements.
Develop programs based on design and requirements specifications.
Create test specifications and execute testing.
Conduct review of technical work outputs.
Bug fixing; Enhancements; Handling Change Requests
Perform any other related tasks assigned by the direct Supervisor or Manager.
Can lead or mentor junior developers
Can already lead in team's operational tasks (initiatives)
Can execute mutually agreed plans for the benefit of the customer.
Leads 5 people or more
Act as bridge between client and project team as needed
Can also support in translation projects
Qualifications
JLPT N1-N2 passer; open for Native Japanese
At least 3 years of experience in Application development (designing, programming, testing)
Technical background primarily Java plus other experience in C/C++, Ruby, shell
scripting, C#, .NET, iOS, Android, VB.NET, etc.
Willing to be deployed outside of the country
Bachelor's degree holder in any IT related courses
