Programmatic Ad Operations AssistantGMA New Media Inc.

Compile and compare reports for third-party tracking, client, placement, fill rates, yield, performance, sell-through, inventory, and other items as requested
Execute various daily tasks within multiple digital interfaces
Help with all aspects of programmatic, direct, and native campaign setup and fulfillment
Handle inventory forecasts, availability asks, and requests for proposal as assigned
Attend industry webinars, video calls, internal trainings, and planned meetings
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Statistics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficient in using Microsoft office or any applicable tools used in the business
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to successfully handle several projects simultaneously in a deadline-oriented environment
Innate ability to quickly learn new vendor systems and technology
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization, Affinity towards numbers, data and analytics
Digital savvy with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Adaptive to constant change, proactive and resourceful and meticulously attentive to detail
Experience with web and app analytics, ad serving, customer relationship management.
Knows how to use Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics , other AdTech tools is a plus .
