As the role includes creating and maintaining training documentation, experience with developing and delivering Training Courses is highly desirable.
Email is the preferred support channel with end-users but telephone contact will also be required so clear communication is essential.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, changes made and customer interactions in line with data protection laws and company policies
Contribute to improve existing knowledge management and support continuous improvement by providing suggestions to improve our policies, processes, procedures and operations
Meet personal and team KPI targets for resolution, processing, SLAs, customer experience, compliance and operational excellence
Take ownership of your development by maintaining and developing your customer skills, technical skills and knowledge of the organisation's products, services, process and procedures
Prepare and deliver training in the use of; and provide ongoing support for; software that enables the preparation and submission of claims and reports. Investigate and resolve any issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Current and relevant experience with at least one of the following programs is mandatory --- CHSP/Home Care Packages/NDIS
Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
