The Program Officer for Teacher Scholarships passionately co-designs and excellently implements Teacher Scholarship program from end to end while ensuring the following:
Alignment of goals and objectives with all stakeholders
Smart and efficient processes
Excellent use of time, tools and resources
Close monitoring and evaluation of assigned programs and its success indicators
Building strong partnership, coordination and maintaining strong relations with stakeholders
The programs include, but are not limited to: Teacher Scholarship sourcing, selection & grant processing and various Teacher Scholar development programs.
Requirements
A Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
At least 3 years total experience in end to end program management
At least 2 years experience performing a leadership role handling successful programs from design to implementation and evaluation
An experience in recruitment, sourcing and target selection will be a strong advantage
An experience working in the Education environment will be an advantage
Strong research skills and background
