Main Duties and Responsibilities:I. Program Design and Implementation
Supports and strengthens the process of conceptualization and development of
formation programs and activities that address the needs of employees
o Conducts research and needs analysis to identify formation needs of
employees
o Comes up with an initial analysis based on data gathered, and proposes new
programs to address emerging needs or improvements to existing programs
Designs program flow of formation programs and activities, and identifies logistical
requirements to ensure successful implementation
o Works with resource persons/ facilitators, the OMI team, and other partners
on designing the programs and instructional materials
o Outlines and assigns the roles and responsibilities of team members to
effectively execute the planned programs and activities, if applicable
Manages all financial aspects related to the assigned programs, including cash
advance, responsible disbursement, liquidation of funds, distribution of
honorariums, and adherence to the approved budget
o Drafts the budget proposal for the assigned programs and activities, for
approval of the Director
Monitors the logistical support provided by the Program Assistant for the assigned
programs and ascertains the proper performance of responsibilities
Coordinates with relevant stakeholders, including program participants and resource
persons to facilitate seamless program execution and maximize impactII. Program Evaluation
Develops or uses current evaluation tools such as surveys, interviews, and focus
groups to gather feedback on program runs, and analyzes the data collected to derive
actionable insights and recommendations for enhancing program formation
strategies
Prepares detailed evaluation reports documenting findings, insights, and
recommendations for program formation outcomesIII. Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor, or any
