The PROGRAM OFFICER FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION shall be responsible for the Dolores Aboitiz Children's Fund ECE Program and shall coordinate with various stakeholders for the attainment of the goals and objectives of the program.
Roles and Responsibilities
Shall coordinate and work with various stakeholders to attain ECE's overall goals and objectives
Develops and implements projects aligned to the overall ECE program
Manages and coordinates with the ECE partners and networks
Develop and write proposals, concept notes, and articles necessary for the program
Organizes Capability Building for Education Partners and Network
Qualifications
Graduate of Development, Education, Social Work, Political Science, or its equivalent
With 3 years of relevant experience
Preferably with community development and stakeholder management experience and knowledge on Early Child Care and Development/Education/Health
