Job Description
The Program Management Lead is accountable for the overall DGT program and portfolio management, which includes demand, resource, financial, benefits realization, vendor management and performance).
Implements the DGT Portfolio Roadmap and collaborates with the DGT Delivery Lead, and LT for strategy alignment
Institutionalize process governance, executes compliance of the Delivery Team to the set standards, best practices, and DGT Ways of Working
Monitors Delivery Team Performance and works with Delivery Leads for improvement plans
Supports development of PMs, and work with Delivery Leads on the tools and training needed
