Position Description:
Network Runners is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to support The Secretary of the Air Force Office Concepts, Development and, Management Office - Network and Architecture Directorate (SAF/CDMN). The Program Manager will manage all aspects of deliverables to the Mission Partner Capabilities Office (MPCO). The Program Manager will be the single point of contact for the MPCO and be responsible for contract performance to the Government.
Functional Requirements:
Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources. Serve as the overall lead or director on contract and associated projects and as the principal liaison between the Contractor and the Government.
Responsible for ensuring that all tasking associated with a Government-funded program or project is completed effectively and efficiently, on time and within budget. Responsible for providing updated technical, managerial and contractual inputs to the Government.
Specific Functional Requirements:
Experience in management of a requirement of similar size, scope, and complexity (i.e., Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security requirements, interdisciplinary, and multiple locations).
Apply program management knowledge and experience to organize and manage resources and personnel needed to efficiently and effectively accomplish USAF and CDM acquisition objectives consistent with Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 5000.02 policies and procedures.
Leadership experience in US Service-related military operations or defense acquisition program management related to major acquisition, employment and life cycle management.
Skill Level Requirements:
Senior-level level experience with at least ten (10) years of experience performing work related to the functional requirements.
Six (6) years of experience performing work related to the specific functional requirements.
Senior-level experience working on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.
Educational Requirements:
Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years additional work experience related to the functional requirements
