Job Description Program Management Office Head for Wireless Expansion that will focus on Prompt Projection of Endorsed Projects, Project Performance Reporting & Analytics, E2E Project Visibility & Data/Information Management & Control and Baseline Tracking & Change Management. A. Prompt Projection of Endorsed Projects Leads project initiation process to make projects official under the program Facilitate establishment of Project Charter/SOW, Key enablers (E2E Solution/s, Vendor Award plan, Eng'g Design & Acceptance Standards, Purchase Orders/Central Inventory Reference). In collaboration with Project Sponsors/PG, Program Office shall establish & document the Sponsor's Project Specifications showing high level build requests, prioritization and other relevant guidance which shall serve as reference for the creation of Baseline plans by the Delivery Squads. Corresponding to the endorsed projects or scope of work, Program Office shall facilitate establishment & ratification of approved Baseline Plan/s, Build Schedule/s and KPIs through the Delivery Squads and provide insights & analytics to help calibrate or optimize build plan consistent to achieving Business goals. Official Project endorsements to Delivery Squads shall be through Program Office only. Delivery Squads shall be responsible in immediately mobilizing relevant teams/vendors based on projects or scope of work & specifications duly authorized & endorsed by Program Office. Ensure all relevant delivery teams and vendors are aligned to the updated scope of project endorsements Support Business & NPE on future build planning exercises by providing key build insights & analytics. This includes regular analysis of build progress to ensure continuing build rollout (or disposition) and early identification of build opportunities/synergies which the Business capitalize on. B. Project Performance Reporting & Analytics Program Office shall provide accurate, reliable & and the single source of truth report relative to the program and its relevant components. Keeps inventory of projects under the program & their respective statuses. Translates Stakeholder requirements into reporting deliverables. Assembles data for Business and Management reports. Train and educate the teams who will comply to standard reporting requirements Ensures availability of relevant data to the project team Drive prompt & regular E2E build update of the Squads & provide independent performance appraisal & analytics both at Program & Project Levels. Granularity of required build data from the Squads shall be driven by need. Analyze project performance relative to achieving its Strategic goals & build targets. Early detection of risks and opportunities & facilitate establishment of plans to manage risks & capitalize on opportunities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Actively look for opportunities, synergies & solutions to issues exploiting on having a consolidated view of all projects within its purview Provide consultation/performance analytics, recommend improvement & drive compliance to ratified Project policies/standards Provide assessment on project progress towards realization of benefits while monitoring program & project performance Establish & facilitate effective cadences with key stakeholders. Take record & track closure of issues, risks, escalations and opportunities identified on relevant cadences or as made known to Program Office. C. E2E Project Visibility & Data/Information Management & Control Develop/standardize, facilitate updating, maintain & control the distribution of an effective E2E Build reporting & visibility through relevant dashboards Program Office shall be the single source of truth for all relevant stakeholders (granularity of dashboards driven by need only reports extracted from trackers/maximo are official). Project data/document consolidation, control, management & archiving Establish & maintain relevant dashboards (fit to address the need of key stakeholders) & automated reporting focused on Build and in relation to set objectives Provide support to the development of relevant project tools via establishment of E2E effective & relevant processes/workflow, template and user requirements Automate reports & dashboards Drive Squad & Vendor adoption to agreed reporting/tracking tools D. Baseline Tracking & Change Management Monitor, keep registry and facilitate closure of all requested Project Changes/Deviations. Provide insights and analytics for proposed changes affecting baseline commitments/targets prior to approval. Provide audit reports b/n Baseline Build MDBs & Plans & Actual completion net of all approved PCRs.
