The position will passionately co-design and excellently manage Learner and Community Education programs from end to end while ensuring the following:
Alignment of goals and objectives with all stakeholders
Smart and efficient processes
Excellent use of time, tools and resources
Close monitoring and evaluation of assigned programs and its success indicators
Building strong partnership, coordination and maintaining strong relations with stakeholder
Requirements
Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
Must have strong evidence of achievements and accomplishments in previous work roles
At least 5 years total experience in a social, community development or similar environment
At least 2 years of which performing a leadership role in handling successful development programs from design to implementation and evaluation.
