What will you do?
As a Professional Products Division Controller you will be assigned under the Corporate Finance Team of the Finance and Administration Division (DAF) as well as the Professional Products Division (PPD) and be expected to manage the following:
Ensure the management of the Business in the context of the objectives defined by the Senior Management of the Division and the Business Unit.
Manage the processes associated with the plan, budget and trends in his/her area of activity: assess the major objectives, analyze and arbitrate with members of the management committee, and report to Senior Management
Implement processes, Group systems and procedures to guarantee the coherence, relevance and reliability of management information flows and financial flows in line with the Group's standards
Ensure that the procedures and best practices pertaining to internal control are applied and respected
Draw attention to SG&A risks and opportunities and optimize solutions to his/her management committee
Supervise the drafting of monthly reports
Participate in developing PPD team particularly in Group norms, compliance and standard processes
Who are we looking for?
A graduate with a highly preferred degree in accountancy, finance or equivalent
Displays sensitivity to L'Oréal's "Metier"
Has at least 5 years' experience in corporate finance
Deeply passionate about beauty and wants to build a career in the beauty and cosmetics industry
Has strong operational and management skills
Exhibits excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Driven, proactive, energetic and detail-oriented
