About the Department
You will join the Diabetes GLP1 Business Unit. This position will be based in General Santos and Cotabato, Mindanao Region, and will report to the Area Sales Manager.
The position
As an integral member of the Diabetes Business Unit, you will manage a defined territory and responsibilities will include:
Calling on healthcare professionals in hospitals, private clinics, and drugstors promoting the product portfolio assigned to the role
Managing your nominated territory, including organizing and running Medical Education events
Working autonomously in field as well as collaboratively with the broader sales team and other stakeholders and with a strong business ethics mindset
Establishing relationships and business with key customers and building on this to generate further opportunities
Proactively identifying prospects for new business
Promotes Novo Nordisk products to health care professionals in hospitals and private clinics and ensure territory sales
Establish good rapport, and build good relationships with Medical Doctors and Pharmacists
Organizes seminars and scientific meetings in hospitals
Plan, organize and implement sales territory programs for maximum effective coverage with a complete round of the territory every promotional cycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferably Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, or any pharma business related
Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience within pharmaceutical industry
Candidates with Global Pharma company experiences will be a plus
Also open to candidates from medical devices and local pharma industries
Strong KOL engagement and networking experiences would be an additional advantage
Independent and take initiatives to improve strategies
Product Launch, Virtual Detailing, Multi-channel engagement experience will be a great advantage
A strong will to win and has a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales
Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, self-motivated, team player, resilient, passionate, solution oriented in a dynamic environment
Willing to be mobile (Driver's License is a must)
