Purpose:
Responsible for providing an independent and cost-effective internal audit source to all operations. Ensures systems controls are in place and determine operation's consistency with corporate objectives and standards through various verification methods and procedures.
Scope:
General:
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Requires in-depth knowledge and experience
Decisions guided by policies, procedures, and business plan
Generally domestic scope/accountability
Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit and/or SOX testing.
