We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team and take on the role of a Cook or Chef with expertise in crafting delightful dishes that showcase the flavors of Filipino cuisine alongside brunch items and pasta dishes.
 
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes, including brunch menu items, pasta, and Filipino cuisine specialties.
Develop and innovate recipes that highlight the unique flavors and ingredients of Filipino cuisine while also excelling in brunch and pasta creations.
Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
Collaborate with the culinary team to curate menus that offer a blend of traditional and contemporary flavors.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience working as a Cook or Chef, with a strong background in brunch menu items, pasta dishes, and Filipino cuisine.
Excellent culinary skills and a deep understanding of Filipino cooking techniques and ingredients.
Passion for creating visually appealing and delicious dishes that showcase the richness of Filipino cuisine.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while upholding quality standards.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
