- Responsible in updating DOJO organizational chart, job description, training records, and masterlist.
- Responsible for Production support certification
- Responsible in controlling WI and VAD issuance and receiving
- In charge for the orientation of revised/newly issued work instruction and VAD to concern operators
- Responsible in updating newly hired certification monitoring
- Responsible in updating OJT training monitoring
- In charge of making recertification list for recertification of operator
- In charge of motor and stator trainers and support group
- Responsible in making AR & R samples
- responsible in facilitating the clearance of EOC, EEOT and resign employees
- Alternate trainer
- Give suggestions pertaining to improvement for training
- Perform other functions/duties necessary for the effective operation of the section.
