Responsibilities:
Scheduling and enforcement of electronics production schedule (manpower, resources, etc.).
Coordination with Logistics, Admin, Research and Development, Sales for job order fulfillment
Manage production line efficiency and quality, by monitoring and checking production staff's work.
Ensure the quality of products coming off from production
Elevate production department's work efficiency, integrity and discipline
Preparation of bill of materials and other necessary documents needed for production
Prepares all daily, weekly and monthly reports
Prepares as-built documentation and assembly documentation.
Any other concerns pertaining to production department
Skills:
Confident in handling and managing people.
Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD.
Strong soldering and desoldering skills
Knowledgeable in various project management methods.
Good understanding of electronics and electrical systems.
Technically inclined.
Can read and interpret assembly plans, circuit schematics and wiring diagrams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, or any engineering or management course. ECE is a plus (PRC not required)
Team player and has ability to work within set deadlines, under pressure with minimal guidance and supervision.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Must have initiative, resourcefulness and analytical skills.
Self starter, motivated and driven.
Excellent communicator
Good moral character and excellent work ethic
Willing to work in Malinta, Valenzuela City
