Job Descriptions
Ensures that company policies, rules and regulations are being implemented, sustained and followed;
Planning and monitoring the PS activity schedule (manpower, machine and material resources);
Lead productivity practitioners in the implementation of plans and attainment of targets;
Coordinating with concerned departments/section to attain PS schedule and targets;
Get and analyze current status of manufacturing operation (process cycle time, inventory, material and process flow).
Provide countermeasures for the elimination or reduction of MUDA;
Spearhead re-layout and plant visualization;
Conduct periodic audit to assure PS are documented, updated, implemented and improved.
Job Qualifications
Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
With at least 1-year experience as Process Engineer in a manufacturing set-up
Must have an experience in Kaizen system
Can perform motion and time study
With background on Safety
Willing to travel
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
