Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Manage & oversee production process flow, ensure proper implementation of GMP, assist in maintenance of equipments in the production line. Manage and oversee production staffs.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor incoming Raw Materials and Packaging Materials, provide/sign necessary QA stickers for each containers.
Check results of qualitative check for all incoming Packaging Materials following Military Standard sampling. And provide necessary QA stickers
Review and approved test results, product descriptions /specifications, and procedures in a standard format and compiles formulation sheet
Conducts filling line spot checking to ensure good quality thru correct filling production process and double check quantity of filled products prior to transfer.
Conducts QA check of all FG's to be transferred to warehouse by conducting Physical and Qualitative test .
Reports equipment malfunction encountered, and assists in proper maintenance.
Ensures proper implementation of GMP by proper monitoring of Production Personnel's compliance.
Submits Weekly Report
o PR Reconciliation
o Summary of encountered rejects.
o Submits Incident Reports of non-compliance noted.
Monitors Production Staff
o Monitors Lates, Absences
o Monitors Work Performance (OUTPUTS VS TARGETS)
Requirements
Qualifications
Male, Graduate of Applied Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering
with at least 3 to 4 years related work experience in a Cosmetic Industry, Skin Care Industry, Manufacturing Industry
Should be independent, flexible, reliable, analytical, quick thinker, a team leader with proven supervisory skills
