PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR [FURNITURE MANUFACTURING]

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee production to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and safety compliance.
Lead, train, and manage a team to foster productivity and morale.
Develop and execute production schedules in coordination with key departments.
Ensure products meet quality standards through inspections and audits.
Drive continuous improvement and implement lean manufacturing practices.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Keep accurate records and generate performance reports.
Qualifications:
Degree in Architecture, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, ideally in furniture production.
Strong knowledge of production processes and quality management.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing and safety standards.
