PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervises staff, organizes and monitors production output
Communicate, and give clear instructions about specific work
Assist in Recruitment, and mentor interns and employees
Complete production plans
Provides work information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance and output
Maintains a safe and clean work environment
Performs ad hoc tasks
Qualifications:
College Graduate
Preferably experienced and knowledgeable in furniture manufacturing (production, installation, etc.) - A MUST!
Knows how to draw and use Autocad effectively
Strong leadership ability
Excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate well
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
High critical thinking
Computer literate
Can start immediately
