A. JOB OBJECTIVE
Overall supervision in Production GMP, Food Safety, and coordination of entire production hygiene and sanitation such as personnel, equipment, environment, lines, SFG, and FG.
Ensure the compliance in-process checks and application conforming to set standards.
Supervise and manage to hit the given target and actual output at the right time, right quality, right quantity, and right cost
B. TASKS AND DUTIES
Recommends and implements production plans and objectives
Oversees implementation of all procedures for FSMS, GMP, Food Hazards, and Sanitation inside the production area
Complies with all GMP, food safety, work safety, and environment plans and programs of the company to achieve safety standards and objectives
Monitors the timely and accurate filling out of CCP/OPRP monitoring forms relating to the Food Safety Management System by operators, accordingly, initiate proper actions together with the Supervisors in case of problems and report incidences to the Production Manager for further action, if necessary
Coordinates with other concerned Department whenever production trials shall be conducted
Reports monthly performance regarding GMP trends, variances and recommends solutions to address the problems
Monitors and maintain GMP tools, cleaning rotation monitoring of plaques, trays, plastic pallets, and other items inside molds washing area
Participate and holds a weekly meeting and special meeting to assess and review the previous week's operations and formulate solutions to improve/correct the deficiencies
Performs various administrative functions as GMP Supervisor such as GMP Shift Checklists, Paste Processing Manufacturing Cards, and Processing OPRP, Processing monitoring checklists, Breakable materials, and Purchase Requisition, Work Orders, and Disciplinary actions.
Performs other responsibilities inherent in the supervisor position
