Responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and cost-efficient operation of the production department to realize demands for highly safe and quality food products.
Supervise production and use of resources to safely and efficiently achieve daily production demands.
Participates in the tech transfer process and Batch Trial Run (BTR) of new and improved products.
Supervise the performance and development of Production Staff including counseling, monitoring, and appraising performance to ensure a high-performing team.
Ensures the attainment of production KPIs and Objective
Implement established policies and procedures (SOP, GMP, SSOP, etc) and ensure sustainability.
Qualifications:
Must possess a College OF Bachelor's degree in Food Technology Food & Beverage Services Management, Business Studies, Administration/Management or any related course.
Has attended trainings in Food Safety (GMP and HACCP) and ISO standards.
Must possess at least 2-3 years relevant experience in a team lead/supervisory role in the related field. An equivalent combination of training and experience indicating possession of the succeeding knowledge and abilities may substitute for the education and experience requisites.
Candidate has the following skills: Product Knowledge, Baking Technology, Knowledge of GMP and Food Safety Practices, Accuracy and Attention to details and reporting skills.
Experience in baking is a must
