Supervision of production workers and production process
*Monitors the performance of the production area and production workers
*Maintains cleanliness and order on the production floor
*Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision, training & development, and health, safety & welfare of your team.
*Responsible for ensuring that the quality of the product and service within the Production line and its interfacing department is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customer
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Biology, Industrial Engineering, and Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or equivalent
*Preferably with strong experience as a Supervisor specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
*With strong years of work experience as Production Supervisor, Process Engineering or any related field preferably gained in a food manufacturing set-up
