Our growing company is looking for:
Production Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities
1) Plans and implements weekly production schedule
2) Plans and implements daily manpower deployment
3) Supervises daily task of each production personnel
4) Ensures productivity by hitting production quota
5) Monitors cleanliness and sanitation in the production area
6) Checks daily production reports (roasting, milling, finished goods)
7) Handles daily issues that may arise from production
8) Monitors maintenance of machines
9) Ensures that processes and recipes are in conformance with quality standards
10) Coordinates closely with materials inventory and quality control for smooth flow of production
11) Ensures adherence to health and safety procedures and HACCP and HALAL practices
12) Conducts weekly meeting with the production team
13) Prepares production report for weekly OPCOM meeting
14) Maintaining proper inventory of production supplies
