A Glimpse of the Responsibilities of a Production Supervisor:
The Production Supervisor oversees the manufacturing process of a certain commissary/ manufacturing plant. He/ she ensures that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner. The Production Supervisor reports to the Production Manager or to the Commissary Head and directly supervises production staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
College graduate of Food Technology, any Engineering or related course
At least 2 years of experience in the food production/ manufacturing industry
Excellent time management skills
Ability to multitask
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Advanced skills in MS Office
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
