Description
1. Monitors daily attendance of all production personnel.
2. Assigns schedules and monitor the work / task of all his personnel.
3. Evaluates job performance of production personnel on a regular basis.
4. Reports daily production output / efficiency reports
5. Reviews and submits daily machine breakdown report and other related exceptional events affecting his shift's operation.
6. Monitors quality of product in process inspection for immediate correction to adhere / conforms to set standards.
7. Provides assistance in various testing and other analytical procedures and evaluations.
8. Maintains calibration and service programs of all production machines, equipment and scales.
9. Undertakes the necessary and approved corrective actions and measures effect process reliability and conformance to set standard.
10. Reports all daily production activities, exception and otherwise, and maintains all records for daily submission and management reviews.
11. Undertakes all other activities as may be assigned by his Superiors.
