Job Description
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the diaper production line, ensuring that production schedules are followed and targets are met.
Plan, organize, and monitor the production process to ensure that production runs efficiently and meets quality standards.
Ensure sufficient staffing levels are maintained and assign work tasks according to production needs.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing setting, preferably in diaper production or a similar industry.
