Develop and optimize the processes to achieve high efficiency and cost effectiveness
Provide process documentation and operating instruction
Provide training and guidance to production line to accomplish production goals.
Provide the support to production line for production line setup.
Ensure in compliance with company and industry standards.
Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Production Manager immediately.
Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
Perform verification testing using ICT, FCT and other testing equipment and resolve issues to meet specifications
Provide the training to production line for the FCT testing.
Analyze analog or digital circuits and troubleshoot issues related to test and manufacturilibility
Work hand in hand with the Production Supervisors, Production Manager, Quality Manager for the strict implementations of the Pre-Production Procedure, Production Planning and Control Procedure, Process Planning and Control Procedure and other procedures to ensure Quality Products.
Enforce the ISO Quality Management System and other Continuous Improvements with the production.
And other duties as maybe assigned by his superior.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology graduate or Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering graduate.
With at least 3 years working experience as an Electronics Technician with the ability to repair and troubleshoots electronic products and gadgets.
Must have more than 10 years experience as a Production/Process Engineer working in the production lines with an electronics or semiconductor manufacturing company implementing ISO 9001: 2008 to 9001: 2015 QMS.
With experience working as QA Engineer is an advantage
Have worked with a company applying the ERP System or similar applications.
WIth knowledge on PCBA and IPC-A-610G (Acceptability of Electronics Assemblies)
