PRODUCTION PLANNING STAFF
 
Job summary:
 
Responsible for coordinating and optimizing production schedules to ensure efficient production operations.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
Coordinate with the purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure raw material availability.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays or changes in demand.
Analyze production capacity and resource utilization to improve efficiency.
Prepare reports on production performance, material usage, and efficiency.
Responsible for tracking inventory levels and placing orders for commonly used consumables in production.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 
Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any related courses.
Experience in production planning, manufacturing, or supply chain management is a plus.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced knowledge of Excel functions.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
