Department: Production - Global Supply Chain Location: Malvar, Batangas Reporting to : Production Planning Supervisor Role: Permanent WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE Develops production plan of cigarettes and cut fillers with the optimum manufacturing capacity and at the same time ensures timely finished goods deliveries to the clients. WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES Short-term planning - daily plan updates on the basis of previous day production report and any other information that may influence the production plan. Makes reports. Mid-term planning - monthly plan preparation. Long-term planning - participation in the preparation of a 3-year APSP plan. Performs production optimization taking into account available data from Production Department (available productivity data, information about scheduled maintenance checks), Export Coordinators (orders from clients), Purchasing Department (materials available for production). Updates the plan according to set cycles for the purposes of the above-mentioned people and departments and additionally line with shipping schedule of Transport Coordinators and Customs Department. Perform any other tasks commissioned by the supervisor. Compliance with EHS procedures, labor law, corporate guidance, internal regulations, and work performance instructions. Understand health and safety aspects of their work and learn about potential hazards, know and maintainrequired control measures in order to keep their workplace healthy and safe. Develop their competency to do the work healthy and safely, participate in health and safety training and receiveappropriate health and safety knowledge and required qualifications, observe and follow safety signs, posters,warning signals, and written directions and instructions. Know Legal and JTI health and safety requirements associated with the work hazards and comply with allapplicable health and safety rules and procedures. Always demonstrate safe behavior, report incidents and near misses to their supervisor, the report identified unsafeconditions and behaviors to their supervisor, and eliminate them within their authority and ability to do so.
