Prepares weekly production run schedule
Controls inventory of stocks
Prepares delivery schedule for other GFMC clients
Prepares and updates weekly manpower schedule
Creates purchase requisition
Reviews and verified accomplished forms
Updates bincard for the daily usage from production
Prepares and submit daily receiving report
Prepares monthly report (NAI Inventory and GFMC Inventory)
Checks disbursement and reconciliation of petty cash
Receives documents from transmittal and forwards to accountable person of the document
Coordinates with other Unit Managers and/or Supervisors concerning quality aspects.
Enforces disciplinary actions as may be necessary to Logistics Staff in accordance with existing company policies and guidelines
Ensures compliance to established HACCP / Food Safety Program
Performs other duties/tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
Job Requirements/Competencies:
Academic/Professional Qualifications: College Graduate preferably Science Related Course (BS Food Technology, BS Biology, BS Microbiology)
Relevant Experience: With at least one year of relevant working experience in production or logistics.

Technical
Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, Quality Management System, Food Safety and Quality Assurance
Knowledgeable in Logistics/Warehousing
Knowledgeable in Food and Beverage Manufacturing Operations
Analytical and research oriented
Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications and other computer related basics)
With good oral and written communication skills
Resourceful, organized and systematic
Interpersonal Skills
Ability to relate well with colleagues and managers
Respectful, showing empathy and understanding
