Production Planning and Inventory Control Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Reviews and approves Supply Planning Requisition (SPR) of raw materials.
2, Reviews, recommends and executes delivery plans of the required raw materials and finished goods based on PO issued
3. Reconciles and aligns with Manufacturing group regarding weekly and monthly planned performance output
4. Reviews, recommends and maintains buffer levels of finished goods based on given demand/ requirements
5. reviews and recommends revision on buffer level depending on supplier reliability, order lead time and other supplier-related concerns
6. maintains safety/ target quantity levels of raw materials considering site warehouse capacity
7. in charge in periodic evaluation of inventory levels of raw materials depending on finished goods movements and space requirements of the site
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
1. Graduate of any 4 years Business course but preferably Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering
2. With at least 6 months t 1 year working experience in inventory, capacity and production planning in a Manufacturing or food Manufacturing plant
3. With background in GMP, Food Safety, Quality Schemes and Safety.
