Job Summary
This is an entry-level position within the Manufacturing department. This position requires little no or related experience and will work under close supervisor of a qualified peer, trainer or supervisor . The assembler I will become productive and sufficient in basic manufacturing techniques and support activities such as bonding, assembly, cleaning, cutting and material preparation.
Duties and Responsibilties
Perform the assigned process in accordance with the specified requirements
Proficient in at least 1 process operation
Ensure cleanliness of product and prevent contamination
Identify any non-conforming products during the processes.
Ensure that the non-conforming products are identified and segregated.
Record the inspection results for any inspection conducted and when requirements are met
Maintain and record product identification and traceability
Use any safety features (machine guarding, interlocks, etc) in place at respective machine in use and under any circumstances should not bypass.
Report immediately to direct supervisor if any safety features (machine guarding, interlocks, etc) are not functional or present some alteration.
Perform product labelling and packaging operations.
Perform production in accordance with Manufacturing Process Instruction and Lot History Records
Perform line clearance and ensure cleanliness
Maintain and comply with ISO Standards
Qualifications
Graduate of Associate or Technical Courses
With at least 1 year work experience in Manufacturing set-up such as Electronics, Semicon and Automotive industry
Willing to be assigned in Batangas
