Responsible for liaising with the producer and/or director of a project in identifying all the logistical needs in the production.
Identifying all the equipment, location, personnel, and talent requirements. Additionally, relaying these requirements to the procurement, human resources, talents and projects departments.
Ensuring that the requirements of the projects are met within the allotted budgets specified by any project contracts or by their department head.
Responsible for working together with the producer and the assistant director in creating a feasible call sheet that will dictate a proper schedule for all crew, talents, and additional elements
Assisting the producer in creating budgets and requesting for manpower and equipment from internal and external resources.
Responsible for ensuring that all the requirements for the shoot day are present at the time that they are needed.
Supervising the ingress and egress of personnel, equipment, props in accordance with the schedules indicated on the call sheet.
Reporting to the film department heads (producer, director, DOP, Sound Lead) in the management of all the personnel involved in the production.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelors Degree Graduate - any Business related course
1-2 years experience in the said role
Experience in reporting on key production metrics
Have deep understanding of the production pipeline
Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations
Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong decision- making skill and results-driven approach
