We are a seafood export manufacturing firm based in Mactan Economic Zone 1, Lapu-Lapu City,  Cebu, Philippines. We manufacture pasteurized canned crabmeat, frozen tuna, block frozen shrimps,  cooked sliced octopus, & other seafood products to US, Europe, and Asian markets.
 
We are in need of:
 
PRODUCTION MANAGER (FROZEN TUNA)
 
Job Responsibilities
Overseeing the overall production operations for frozen tuna processing, ensuring efficiency and product quality.
Planning and managing daily production schedules to meet target output and delivery timelines.
Supervising production staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring proper training and performance standards are met.
Ensuring compliance with food safety standards such as HCCP, GMP, and company quality policies.
Monitoring production processes to maintain product quality, yield and minimize waste.
Coordinating with Quality Control, Maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
Maintaining accurate production reports, inventory usage, and
performance records.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Food Technology, Fisheries, Industrial Engineering, or any related course
With at least 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing or seafood processing, preferably in frozen tuna..
With at least 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a production environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledgeable in food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, SSOP)..
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
