JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct inspections and test per control plan, work instruction and procedures-Responsible for a group of operators and carry out manpower utilization effectively to meet shipment.-Assist Supervisors and Head of Production in the daily running of production.-Verify rejects from line and daily reporting of production output and Check raw materials stock.-Production monitoring.-Manpower allocation-Think of ideas for process improvement, think of a possible solution for any process abnormalities.
-Will be responsible for the smooth and continuous production flow and report immediately for any problems encountered during the process.
