KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Lead and coach production operators on their process.
-Grasp materials and work-in progress goods.
-Assure that all production materials, machines, jigs, and equipment are set to standard operating requirements.
-Assure that daily production works meets standards and all product specifications and manufacturing procedures comply with the regulations.
-Ensure that all standard operations procedures are known to production operators.Assure that production meets daily output requirements.
-Evaluate performances of production operators.
-Improve production processes.
-Assure and maintain the implementation of 5S in the company.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
-Can withstand night shift
-Willing to work overtime
-With good oral and written communication skills.
-Willing to share other ideas, techniques and other knowledge related about the production line.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
-At least College level or Graduate of any Bachelor's/College Degree
-At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the same field
-Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
-Physically and mentally fit
-No allergies
