At least Jr. Supervisor or 3 years and up experience in the same field
Attended several trainings related to Production Process and Supervisory Training
Good interpersonal relations and negotiation
Good leadership and supervisory skills
Can work under pressure and less supervision
Knowledgeable in Production set-up
Willing to be assigned at Murata Innovators, FPIP Santo Tomas Batangas.
