Responsibilities
Ensure quality production output and meet delivery requirements
Preparation of production schedule
Implementation of the department's established policies
Coordinate with other production departments
Initiate improvement and development of the production line
Foster team work among staff
Requirements
Candidate must be a graduate of any Engineering course
With leadership qualities
Experienced in handling people in a manufacturing set-up
Knowledge in ISO an advantage, Computer literate
Positive work attitude, trainable, flexible
Team player with good interpersonal skills
